Our business encompasses many different cultures and nationalities and an understanding of the similarities and differences between them is an important lesson that our trainees learn in the M.I.S.E. Programme.
Currently we have trainees from more than 80 different countries represented on M.I.S.E. Together they undergo 2 years of working, studying and socializing and experience all aspects of each others personalities.
The time spent on the M.I.S.E. Programme is fundamental in creating the vast international network that our trainees use for the remainder of their careers. This network is unmatched by other employees.
Not only is M.I.S.E. the incubator for professional networks but close and life-lasting friendships are also generated here. The colleagues and friends you will make through M.I.S.E. is the most difficult thing for us to describe - it is something that has to be experienced.
