M.I.S.E. Finance is a newly launched 2-year trainee programme for dynamic graduates preferably with a background within finance, accounting or economics.

During the programme, you will alternate between your daily job in your country and 4x2 weeks advanced theoretical training in Copenhagen, Denmark – where you will meet with your fellow trainees from all over the world.
Triple Challenge
Your job will give you an opportunity to work in up to 3 different challenging positions within our finance, accounting, and business related departments.
Combined theory and practice
The theoretical part of the programme focuses on the following subjects:
- Financial Accounting
- Management Accounting
- Economics
- Corporate Finance
Further to this, you will also receive training in subjects like Cross Culture, Career Management, Liner Trade, Communication, Business Development, Project Planning, Logistics and Market Economics.

In the first year of M.I.S.E. Finance, we have enrolled more than 65 trainees from around 40 countries in this programme. In the future, we expect up to 100 trainees from around 40 to 45 countries on a yearly basis.
