4 years after having started in the M.I.S.E. Programme most of our trainees will have a large international network, be M.I.S.E. graduates and have worked in a foreign country for 2 years.
Whereas graduates have to return to their home organisation after the 2 year expatriation period, the business area and the line of work is to be decided by the graduate. Some graduates decide to continue within the business unit that they have been expatriated for while others decide to change their career path completely. This is in line with the philosophy of educating generalists rather than specialists.
The A.P. Moller - Maersk Group offer an array of opportunities within different business areas and provide ample space for personal growth and development. All trainees who are picked for the M.I.S.E. Programme have the abilities and potential to go all the way but it is up the individual how far they decide to go.
