Excelling in the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group as a trainee requires a balance between scholastic excellence and performance in the specific job. Our trainees are provided a multitude of different job opportunities throughout the 2 years. Furthermore, M.I.S.E. trainees will combine their practical experiences and lessons learned with a broad theoretical background. We provide our trainees with tools as well as the opportunity to apply these tools in praxis.
